Dr. Jantz is a board-certified family physician who has been in private practice since 1984. He graduated from Temple Medical School in Philadelphia, PA, and completed his residency in Indianapolis, Indiana. He moved to Lebanon, Tennessee, in 1988 and worked as a family physician in a group setting before opening his own private practice in 1993.

He is well-versed in treating all types of common illnesses found in family practice and treating more complex problems such as diabetes management and hypertension care. He also performs minor surgical procedures in office on skin cancers, cysts, and the removal of skin tags and warts.
