LeaBeth Pack is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Middle Tennessee State University and her Masters of Science in Nursing at Tennessee States University in 2010. She began her career as a registered nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at St Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Her specialties include heart transplant, LVAD training, Coronary Artery Bypass, and Neurology Intensive Care.

LeaBeth’s prior experience is predominately in the acute and intensive care setting for 15 years. During her clinical rotations, she gained experience in primary care, emergency room, women’s health, cardiology, and diabetes treatment and management.

Leabeth believes in providing the same care to her patients that she would expect to be given to her family. She is very dedicated to building an open and trusting relationship between the patient and provider. She spends time thoroughly listening to patients and strives to help them make informed, positive health choices.
